Implantology

Implantation is intended to replace one or more missing teeth. It is designed to restore, rebuild or improve the masticatory function. The objective of the implant treatment is also to restore aesthetics.

At Exclusive Dental Studio, we use the latest technology. We have conducted implant treatments with excellent results for many years.

We work with globally recognized brands. These include: NOBLE BIOACARE, BIOMET 3I, Branemark or Straumann. Our dental care can be performed with PIESOSURGERY, SEDATION WIEWNEY or PRF.

Implant treatment consists of two stages:

a) A surgical procedure

b) A prosthetic procedure

In the first step, the surgeon cuts the gum to place an implant in the bone. This is a titanium or ceramic root. The procedure is performed under local anesthetic and is painless. This procedure is usually less invasive than extracting a tooth. If the patient is worried, we suggest performing the procedure under inhalation sedation. The use of sedation will help to minimize anxiety.

In the second stage, the dentist closes the gum tissue. The healing time varies from 3 to 6 months, depending on the case. It takes that long for the implant to attach to the bone. This is called "osseointegration".

After the procedure, the patient receives painkillers and antibiotics. These medicines are used to avoid pain and infection. At Exclusive Dental Studio, we feel very strongly about the comfort of our patients. That's why our patients wear a temporary crown during the healing process. It makes the recovery process much more comfortable.

We perform the final stage only after the osseointegration has been completed. At this time, the implants are exposed. The dentist then places a temporary crown on the dental implant. This may include crowns, bridges or even a full arch (All-on-4 or All-on-6).

Exclusive Dental Studio provides a standard implant warranty through its warranty plan. Our patients also benefit from postoperative care.

After the dental implant, each patient receives an implant passport from the time of implantation and the data of the implant itself (make, length, diameter etc.).

For your safety, we use internationally recognized dental implant systems. These include: NOBLE BIOCARE, BIOMET 3i, Branemark or Straumann.

ALL-ON-4 dental implants

All-on-4 makes it possible to replace all missing teeth with only four implants. This technique is mainly used for the lower teeth. This method reduces the overall treatment time. Another advantage of the ALL-ON-4 method is a greater level of stability when compared to conventional dentures and also helps to prevent the long term shrinkage of the jawbone.

The patient usually receives a temporary crown within a day. These crowns appear as natural teeth. As a result, you can continue your normal activities. After a few weeks of healing, the dentist will place the permanent bridge.

ALL-ON-6 dental implants

All-on-6 makes it possible to replace all missing teeth with only six implants. This method is mainly used for the upper teeth. The bone in the upper jaw is less dense than the lower and needs more support. This is why 6 implants are required for the upper jaw.

The patient usually receives a temporary crown within a day. These crowns appear as natural teeth. As a result, you can continue your normal activities. After a few weeks of healing, the dentist will place the permanent bridge.

Ceramic implants

Metal-free zirconia implants. The implants do not contain any metal. They are significantly more biocompatible than titanium implants.

Exclusive Dental Studio is the only one to place Axis zirconia implants in Poland. These innovative dental implants provide flexibility between the implant and the crown. This feature allows you to restore the natural appearance of your teeth.

Mini-Implants

Mini-implants are mainly recommended in the case of advanced forms of bone atrophy in the jaw and mandible. Unfortunately, permanent prosthetic restorations are not possible in these conditions.

Mini-implants have the advantage of stabilizing prostheses in patients of all ages. This solution allows patients to restore their masticatory function. The implantation procedure is short. The mini-implants are screwed into place and stabilized in the jaw in a single procedure.

PRF – Fibrine rich in platelets

PRF involves centrifuging the patient's blood. This process produces platelet-rich fibrin. This fibrin contains:

- Lymphocytes,

- Growth factors

- Stem cells.

These components help to reduce swelling as much as possible. The PRF procedure thus speeds up the post-surgical recovery process. Healing takes about 3 days!

The saturation of the wound with PRP helps increase tissue synthesis due to its growth factors, and this, in turn, results in faster tissue regeneration. Speedier healing decreases the risk of later infections, complications, and discomfort.

Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is prepared for the patient immediately before the procedure. The medical staff draws blood from the patient while the doctor conducts the PRF. The procedure takes about 20-25 minutes.

The Wand – the computer-assisted anesthesia

No more painful anesthesia given through a needle. Here comes "The Wand" - the computer-assisted anesthesia device. The Wand looks like a pen which slowly delivers a jet stream of anesthetic, which helps to overcome the fear of anesthesia. The instrument also allows the dentist a great deal of freedom of movement, so that the anesthetic substance can be applied painlessly.

Compared to standard anesthesia, the patient is able to speak freely after the anesthesia wears off. Many of our patients cannot imagine being anaesthetized in any other way.

Sinus left

The sinus is an air-filled cavity in the upper jawbone. If a tooth is extracted or lost, the bone may resorb and not allow for implantation. In this case, the surgeon recommends a sinus lifting procedure. This makes it possible to find the correct height of the bone to be able to place implants.

The treatment is painless and free of post-operative complications, thanks to the Piezotoem Solo device and the PRF method.
